TEACHING
For several years during my time in Buenos Aires, I’ve dedicated myself to teaching photography for the British-Canadian owned company Foto Ruta. I love helping other photographers and the ones who want to become one to develop their perspectives and artwork. I´m here for you to share my photography knowledge, you can ask me anything during our time together. My mentorship is either in person or via Skype.
If you’re interested in having me teach you about photography please feel free to contact me.
TESTIMONIALS
Last week, my friend and I experienced the Foto Ruta tour in Buenos Aires called Street Scapes. Our guide and professional photographer, Lisa, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We toured the main cemetery there which was unlike any I’d ever visited. Reflection shots and different angles to photograph were in abundance. We also toured the market in Recoleta as well as other venues. We spent over 3 hours photographing and another 45 minutes or so reviewing our shots. Lisa’s critiques were very helpful. I’m an experienced (nonprofessional) photographer and I still learned a lot! It was amazing. I highly recommend this tour.
A fantastic tour of Buenos Aires with a passionate photographer
I have just experience one of the best photographic tour and training course ever. Lisa is an amazing person, with deep knowledge of history of photography, techniques and of the history of Buenos Aires. She is able to combine this in a great tour. She also challenged me and my friends by using features not often used in our cameras. I loved her guidance and deep confidence in her expertise. I really enjoyed her knowledge of the local culture and history. Her guidance in composition creation, suggestions, also use of the camera features were invaluable. I highly recommend Lisa and FOTO Ruta to anyone!
AWESOME way to see Buenos Aires
I did the 'off the beaten path' private tour and it was a highlight of my Argentina trip. Lisa was my guide and she was a great teacher - super patient and really approachable. We walked for 3 hours around Villa Crespo and Colegiales neighborhoods and took hundreds of photos. I wouldn't have found these spots or people on my own. It was incredible and I have the BEST photos of the local people and culture because of Lisa's guidance. For anyone interested in exploring, this is a must due in B.A.!
